About Love & Faith
It is the vision of Love and Faith Women’s Ministry to build women's understanding of Godly living and to teach women to use biblical and Godly principles to develop their character, attitude, emotions, and spiritual walk with God. Love and Faith Women’s Ministry will seek to always provide women with outlets and venues that provide a nurturing environment where women are encouraged to have fun, speak openly, and praise God.
Our mission is to develop women to understand how to live Godly so that they are able to provide their families, communities, and churches with spiritual support through a vessel that has been cleaned, baptized with the Holy Ghost, and refined through God’s process. We aim to reach women through quality bible based teachings and activities that heal, deliver, instruct, and prepare them to serve the Kingdom of God.
Love and Faith Women's Ministry was founded by Pastor Mickisha McKoy. For over 17 years, Pastor Mickisha has dedicated her life to serving her community. Over the course of that time, she has worked in several capacities that edified the body of Christ. However, it was Mickisha’s role as head over a women’s ministry propelled her to use her gifts of teaching, administration and writing to create a dynamic work for the Lord.
Burdened by the oppression and hurt in the Body of Christ, Mickisha has hosted multiple conferences designed to free men and women from bondage, depression, and hurt. She is also the author of the book "Them That Are Bruised," a body of work that addresses the realities of the pain associated with ministry and offers effective tools to help the people of God walk in the liberty of Christ.
Mickisha serves with compassion and speaks the truth in love. Her dedication to the work of the Lord is evident through her abiding commitment to His people.
